Referral form
To make a referral to Somerset Integrated Domestic Abuse Service please complete the following referral form and send it to SIDAS@Somerset.gov.uk via secure email. If you do not have a secure email account or have any other questions about our service or making a referral, please get in touch with the Somerset Domestic Abuse Service on 0800 69 49 999.
By completing the referral form, you’re supporting the Somerset Domestic Abuse Service to make contact with the client as safely and quickly as possible. By providing as much information as possible, you support the client from being asked the same questions twice and allow us to understand more about their particular needs and circumstances before we make contact.
Please note: We ask you to share with the individual our Privacy Notice before making a referral for support so they understand how their information will be managed.
Domestic Homicide Reviews
Since 2011, the Safer Somerset Partnership has had responsibility for undertaking Domestic Homicide Reviews where the death of a person aged 16 or over has, or appears to have resulted from violence, abuse or neglect by a relative, household member or someone s/he had been in an intimate relationship with.
